Fast-cropping, a culture regime developed by Oglevee through extensive trialing, is designed to allow the grower to produce the highest quality Global Ivy Geranium basket, in the most cost effective manner. We currently use this method in our own ivy production in Connellsville, PA.

Provide light levels up to 5000 ftc

Increase feed to 200-250ppm

Decrease feed to 150-200ppm

Manage light levels to 3500-4000 ftc

Note: Ivy geraniums perform best with warm feet. Starting the crop with media temperatures in the high 60's will insure a rapid take off and an overall shorter crop cycle.
